Rea is a Binturong, also known as a Bearcat and they are a mix between a bear, cat and monkey!
They are native to Southeast Asia, are nocturnal, eat a variety of foods, but mainly fruit and have black fur that is peppered with white, giving an aged look. They have a long tail, which they use to hang from branches, but they are mainly known for smelling like popcorn, which comes from their scent glands, which they use to mark their territory!
The Charlie Bears Binturong REA is made from black fur, that is lovely and thick, with lots of white tipping and the shaved muzzle shows off his hand-stitched nose and mouth and amber pupil eyes. The paw pads are sculpted, with big stitched claws and she has a lovely long tail, which will be great for stroking
