Every year in late November participating stockists run special Charlie Bears Birthday Parties in their shops, including us and this year Charlie Bears are celebrating their 17th Birthday!! Unfortunately the birthday was delayed this year until mid-December...
Part of these celebrartions always include the release of an annual Secret Birthday Bear and this is so top secret, that only a tiny amount of people at Charlie Bears know the identity of the Birthday Bear. These bears are packed into their sealed secret birthday box and are then sent out to the stockists. We are all under strict instructions not to open the boxes ahead of the big day.
Collectors then arrive at the parties and they are the first person to see their very own bear, so it is a very magical surprise and very exciting. There is a great air of excitment and anticipation all day and these bears are very sought after, as there are never enough for everyone who wants them....making them very collectable!!!
So here is the beautiful Birthday Bear for 2023!!!!
